Rates (what does it cost?)

It isn’t possible to give one rate for all with video production as everyones requirements are different. But that doesn’t mean it has to be expensive. We can cater from budgets as little as £500 we can always achieve something you just have to be realistic about the results and our creativity and innovation mean that we are good at making your money go further.
To give you an example though; A one day live event where multiple angles need to be considered in order to get the best out of the video would require more than one cameraman. Where as one days shoot on location where variables can be freely controlled by the production crew enables us to move the camera around the subject, set up the shot and do multiple takes in order to achieve the best shot.

Our services include:

Consultation (kit and assesment of the production requirements)

This might be correspondence over e-mail, telephone or face to face meeting but we pride ourselves on crucially assessing each
clients individual needs when it comes to producing our films and videos. Discussion and advice on location, the actual event or subject itself and final product delivery.

Planning and pre production (E.g. Recce and storyboards)

The 6 P’s Proper preparation prevents piss poor performance, crass in nature but couldn’t be more true. We carefully consider each aspect
of the shoot from things as simple as the weather to how close a car can get to a human being without causing serious injury or death.

On a less scary note it is vitally important that everyone involved in a shoot know where they are and where they are supposed to be and what their role is. The pre production process is based heavily on the information we gather from the consultation process from logistics to location recce so we know as much about the shoot and what we are filming before we come to shoot as possible. We can also come up
with story-boarded sequences mapped out so there is no guessing when it comes to putting things together. This ensures that not only do we achieve the best results but we don’t waste time.

Production

When it comes to the actual filming process we work fast and efficiently but without pressure on our clients. We take a great deal of pride in
getting the best shots and where some other production companies impose an 8 hour day rate we understand that some events may require setup at 6am and go on well into the night. We utilise state of the art HD camera technologies some with filmic qualities and some with more conventional broadcast or news style image depending on what we are filming so the right style is conveyed in the production.

Post Production

This is the part of the production process where your video comes into its own, this is another area where speed is essential if dead lines are imposed by product launches or if in the case of a live event you want to strike while the iron is hot so to speak. You need to make sure that
the video is fresh in the minds of those that attended the event or more importantly those that were unable to.
This can range from a simple edit to an all out visual effects extravaganza but we believe in the philosophy that less is more and encourage our clients to think more carefully about what we film to get the best out of the finished item. We can also organise voice overs when needed and music tailored to requirement.

Distribution and Duplication

Whether your final product is going to DVD or on the internet we can also assist you in the best ways to launch your video. We currently have an extensive network of sites worldwide that enable us to reach a vast amount of people. This has been established well within the car culture and motorsport industry most significantly, meaning you get maximum exposure to your desired audience.
DVD is without a doubt becoming more of a redundant medium outside of the feature film industry with the increase in quality available online over the past couple of years. There are times when you need something physical whether it be to go on sale or as promotional material and we can provide a mastered dvd with interactive menus made to the highest quality and produced with art work on the disc and in the packaging. Quantities from 20 to 2000 and upwards are no problem.
